The Charity relies on funding and sponsorship to enable us to register more children onto the Imagination Library.
A key theme of Dolly Parton’s Imagination Library is that it is free to all families as Dolly’s believes that all children should have access to the same opportunities, regardless of their background. Therefore we rely on funding from sources such as grants, businesses and individuals to register more children onto the programme. There are a number of ways you can support us such as making a regular gift each month, a one off donation, or through EasyFundraising. See below for further details.
How can families support the project?
We are now registered with easyfundraising, which means you can help us for FREE. Over 7,000 brands will donate to us when you use easyfundraising to shop with them – at no extra cost to yourself! What Manchester Imagination Library think about getting the Queen’s Award for Voluntary Service?
We are overwhelmed to receive the Queen’s Award for Voluntary Service, which reflects on the work carried out by the volunteers of the project. Most importantly though is that we have received this award on behalf of the families who have benefitted from this project and we will carry on applying for funds and working with partners to enable the project to reach ALL children aged under 5 years across Manchester.
